At FamilyClothes.shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or intimate clothing (for hygiene reasons)

To initiate a return, please email us at:

We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.


🌍 International Returns

International customers may return items under the same conditions. However, customs duties and original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping must be paid by the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right — at no extra cost.
